The innovations are in response to requests by PayCycle customers.

But with PayCycle’s enhanced PayToday™ Setup, the latest design techniques tailor the setup process to fit each individual customer.
PayCycle developed its innovative approach to payroll setup through extensive research. The new interface enables busy accountants as well as clients who have access to accountant’s firm branded version of PayCycle, facing frequent interruptions to come back and complete their setup when it’s convenient for them. Users are provided with a central hub that guides the setup process. There is feedback on progress and task completion, along with customized help.
Faster, Easier Integration with QuickBooks® and other Accounting Solutions
In addition to the improved setup experience, PayCycle added many more enhancements. PayCycle has long been the leader in providing quick and easy integration of online payroll data with small business accounting packages such as QuickBooks®, and Peachtree®. PayCycle’s new Export Manager allows users to export all tax payments and paychecks from one place into their accounting systems. And the new One-Click Export tool transfers payroll data directly into QuickBooks. This faster, easier data integration saves valuable time and effort for the accountants serving small business clients.
Going Green: PayCycle’s March to Paperless Payroll Continues
PayCycle also extends its leadership in e-services, the online filing of payroll taxes and forms, both federal and state. PayCycle already offers more comprehensive e-filing support than any other online payroll product on the market. With today’s new release, PayCycle has reinforced its leadership position by streamlining the e-services setup procedures.
In another development, PayCycle now offers complete support for small businesses paying employees across state lines. The new multi-state filing process includes electronic tax payment coupons, forms and e-mail reminders for each state in which the small business client operates.
When these innovations are combined with direct deposit, most PayCycle customers can now run their payroll completely electronically, reducing their carbon footprint and moving into a greener future.
